Feb 28 Last day for bills to be introduced
March 20 Easter Recess begins upon adjournment
March 31 Legislature reconvenes
April 25 Last day for policy committees to report fiscal bills introduced in their house
May 16 Last day for policy committees to report nonfiscal bills introduced to their house
May 23 Last day for policy committees to meet prior to June 9
May 30 Last day for fiscal committees to report bills introduced in their house
May 30 Last day for fiscal committees to meet prior to June 9
June 6 Last day for bills to be passed out of the house of origin
June 9 Committee meetings may resume
June 15 Budget bill must be passed by midnight
July 18 Last day for policy committees to meet and report bills
Aug 18 Legislature reconvenes
Aug 29 Last day for fiscal committees to meet and report bills
Sept 12 Last day for each house to pass bills
